Privacy Notice

StinkDEX Health can be used without an account. Check-ins, environmental snapshots, location, Labs, backups, diagnostics, paid Premium, and $StinkDEX holder verification are optional or separate paths with their own data boundaries.

CORE APP

Local first

Settings, saved area, check-ins, environmental snapshots, logs, saved articles, and app history can stay on your device.

LOCATION

Optional

Nearby air, weather, pollen, water, map, wildfire, and local story context can improve with location or a saved area.

LABS

Opt-in BYOK

BYOK means Bring Your Own Key. Labs can receive selected news/article material only after you set it up; Reader Briefs work without it.

BACKUPS

User controlled

Manual exports can include sensitive local history. You choose where they go.

ACCESS

Separate checks

Paid Premium and $StinkDEX holder checks stay separate from symptom history and health logs.

DIAGNOSTICS

Redacted export

Diagnostics are for troubleshooting and should redact secrets, keys, signatures, wallet details, and exact balances.

On device

What can stay local

The main experience is designed to work without account creation.

  • Settings such as theme, units, saved area, and app preferences.
  • Check-ins, symptom logs, environmental snapshots, Pattern Engine summaries, and other health-adjacent history you choose to record.
  • Saved articles, Reader Briefs, Watchlist targets, app caches, and diagnostics preferences.
  • Experimental downloaded phone-only AI model files, if you intentionally add one.
  • Basic purchase or access caches used to keep the app understandable when a live check is temporarily unavailable.

Outside services

What can leave the device

Outside data providers, cloud Labs, wallet checks, stores, and links are separate paths with different payloads.

  • If you allow location or set an area, the app can request nearby environmental results from outside data providers.
  • Nearby environmental results, map source context, fire and smoke context, and facility records are not created only on your phone; they depend on outside public sources and models.
  • If you turn on cloud BYOK Labs, a cloud-safe news/article package can be sent to your selected AI provider. It can include article title, source/date, extracted story signals, source links, policy or disaster context, and at most a short excerpt.
  • Cloud Labs should not receive app location, coordinates, local-area labels, raw journal notes, daily check-in text, health-log free text, or Pattern Engine health history.
  • If you verify holder-based Premium, the app can check a public wallet address and whether it holds the required amount of $StinkDEX tokens for access.
  • Paid Premium access uses the supported store, payment, or entitlement systems on the platform.

Boundaries

What StinkDEX Health does not do

Reader Briefs, quick reads, saved articles, and daily data-based guidance stay available without cloud Labs setup. BYOK Labs is for news/article analysis, not health check-in analysis.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not ask for private wallet keys, Secret Recovery Phrases, or wallet recovery phrases.
  • We do not send symptom history or health logs to purchase-restore services.
  • We do not turn on cloud Labs unless you choose it and add your own provider key.
  • We do not send daily check-ins, symptom logs, health notes, or Pattern Engine history to BYOK Labs.
  • We do not use Pattern Engine correlations as diagnosis, cause proof, emergency guidance, or a complete safety profile.

Exports and links

Backups, diagnostics, and third parties

  • Backup files are manual exports. You choose where to save or share them.
  • Backup files may contain sensitive health-adjacent local history. If no passphrase is used, a backup can be plaintext.
  • Backups should exclude saved provider keys, cloud Labs setup, diagnostics logs, wallet connection details, Premium access cache details, and scheduled alert IDs.
  • Diagnostics exports should redact secrets, private keys, AI provider keys, purchase tokens, signatures, raw wallet addresses, and exact balances.
  • When you open a news article, official source, wallet link, store link, or outside website, that service has its own privacy practices.
