Use StinkDEX Health as an informational environmental decision-support tool. It can help you plan, compare check-ins, and understand nearby context, but official sources, clinicians, emergency services, wallet safety practices, and your own judgment still matter.

App estimates are one input. Confirm important decisions with official sources.

No medical or emergency advice

For urgent medical or safety situations, use local emergency services and official channels.

Optional Premium paths

Premium can be unlocked by paying for it or by verified eligible $StinkDEX holdings. Donations and Labs setup are separate choices.

By using StinkDEX Health, you agree to use it within these limits.

  • StinkDEX Health provides environmental awareness and decision-support information.
  • The app estimates general conditions and may organize public data into practical reads, timing windows, Reader Briefs, source links, water context, map/source lists, check-ins, Pattern Engine summaries, and alerts.
  • The app is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, professional environmental analysis, emergency guidance, or a guarantee of safety.
  • You are responsible for your decisions and actions, including plans, care, travel, exposure choices, wallet use, purchases, and third-party links.

Data and alerts

Accuracy and availability can vary

  • Air quality, weather, UV, pollen, water, wildfire, source, map, and related metrics can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from conditions at your exact location.
  • Map source context, Climate TRACE-modeled sources, facility records, and smoke/fire notes are context for review, not proof of exact live exposure or safety at a location.
  • Forecasts, status labels, timing windows, risk scores, Pattern Engine findings, and app summaries are planning context, not promises about exposure, symptoms, safety, or outcomes.
  • Pattern Engine findings are correlation clues from saved history. They do not diagnose symptoms, prove a cause, or predict how you will feel.
  • Notifications depend on the operating system and may be delayed, suppressed, or missed.
  • If official guidance conflicts with app estimates, use the official guidance.
  • Features may change, be interrupted, be unavailable, or stop as the app, public data sources, app stores, wallets, and third-party services evolve.

Premium and Labs

Optional access does not strengthen claims

Use Premium when Day 3 planning, weekly Pattern Engine review, Watchlist, alert tuning, or Labs article context changes a practical next step.
  • Free features can include Today and tomorrow planning, Reader Briefs, source links, saved articles, and core alerts.
  • Premium can add Day 3 planning, weekly Pattern Engine review, Watchlist follow-up paths, alert quiet hours and sensitivity, investigation preferences, themes, and optional Labs Assistant article analysis.
  • BYOK means Bring Your Own Key. Labs Assistant can send selected news stories, Reader Brief context, source links, policy updates, industry events, or disaster coverage to your selected AI provider for article insight.
  • Labs Assistant is optional news/article help. It is not for analyzing private health check-ins, symptom logs, journal notes, or Pattern Engine history. Reader Briefs and quick reads work without Labs setup.
  • Cloud BYOK Labs may need your own provider key and can be unavailable, rejected, offline, slow, or wrong. It does not override official guidance and does not strengthen Pattern Engine, medical, exposure, or safety claims.
  • Premium access can be available through payment or verified eligible $StinkDEX token holdings. Access checks, availability, thresholds, and entitlement mechanics may change as app, wallet, store, and platform systems evolve.
  • Premium does not create stronger medical, emergency, legal, financial, safety, exposure, or utility claims.

Wallet, purchases, and donations

Financial boundaries

  • The app does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
  • Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, swap, donate, or hold any digital asset.
  • Digital assets can be volatile, can change value quickly, and may lose value, including all value.
  • Wallet-based Premium is an optional holder-access mechanic that can require a compatible wallet, one signature approval, a required settled $StinkDEX token balance, and a refresh.
  • Holder access recognizes eligible $StinkDEX community members as a Premium access group. It is not a promise of token value, returns, resale value, perpetual access, or future utility.
  • The app never asks for or stores private keys, Secret Recovery Phrases, or wallet recovery phrases.
  • Donations are optional support. They do not unlock Premium and do not create financial rights, returns, redemption, or app-paid rewards.
  • Third-party swap, wallet, store, payment, and RPC services are outside StinkDEX Health control.

Service rules

Use the app responsibly

  • Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, abuse public data paths, scrape protected services, or attempt to reverse engineer protected components.
  • Do not use StinkDEX Health to make binding medical, emergency, legal, financial, utility, safety, or regulatory decisions.
  • The app and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, StinkDEX Health is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, website, public data, optional integrations, or third-party services.
  • We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app or website means you accept the updated terms.
